As young boys they were known as the dynamic duo, laughing and giggling, helping others, and on a mission to be inventors. As grown men Len Monfredo and Bob Bacshnagel own their own businesses and work hard to make their employees be part of their family. They are also on that same mission to invent things that make life a little easier for people and that’s when they came up with Nyce Power Innovations.

Four decades later, two states apart and with seven children between them they have never forgotten their shared dream. It began with the development of the patented Nyce Power LAMPCHARGER. They have since created numerous items to make life a little “nycer”.
